What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping for orders over $50. 3-5 day through USPS is the free shipping carrier option. Expedited shipping options are offered at an additional cost.  We do our best to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

What is your return & repair policy?

We have a 30 day return policy. To initiate a return or repair, please submit a return form here

How should I take care of the jewelry?

Remove all jewelry before applying lotions & soaps. Stones can break if knocked against hard surfaces. We recommend hanging all pieces to avoid tangling. 

What are the materials MEND uses?

All chains are 14K gold filled.The clasps, tags and stone settings are plated and may tarnish over time. Stones are different gemstones and crystals. All beaded chains are different color beads.

Where are the gemstones & crystals sourced?

MEND works with vendors from New York and California who help us source stones internationally. Most gemstones and crystals come from all over the world.

Where do you get the gemstone & crystal information?

MEND uses a variety of crystal experts and resources. Currently, we use Judy Hall and Yulia Van Doren's books for crystal content.
